Walmart selling beer shirts is nothing new (at least in Canada) but having to be 21 to buy a beer shirt is weird as fuck.
America man.

I’m imagining a 10 year old in a Miller shirt walking into a bar, and not getting carded because he’s got the shirt, so he must be 21.

Because fictional beer needs ID

Because someone decided it says “beer” on it. Sigh.

And look at the fine stitching on Duff

Probably part of the licensing agreement from Fox. Gotta protect that family-friendly Simpsons brand.
Or just a lame attempt at a Simpsons reference that doesn’t mean anything. Equally plausible.

🎵 Duff beer for me, Duff beer for you, you can buy shirts, if you’re legal to. 🎵

Please tell me this is a joke.
America doesn’t actually have age restrictions on tee shirts with beer logos on, do they?
Jesus Christ man. America… fuckin… I give up dude, fuck me

It’d be a shame if “someone” removed that sticker

Thats funny, imagine someone getting carded for a cartoon beer shirt! Wonder if its some licensing thing with Fox maybe?

Must be 21+ to watch The Simpsons

That’s because they had to take the Fudd shirt off the market when all those hillbillies went blind.

Thank God we card for shirts
My friend was killed by a driver wearing a beer shirt. These pieces of fabric with stuff on them that can in no way intoxicate you MUST be more regulated!

Duff is the only one that’s a real beer.

If thats not some sort of joke from the shirt maker, it may have something to do with the laws prohibiting marketing alcohol and tobacco to children. A cartoon probably has stricter regulation on merchandising something like that compared to a brewery putting out merch. Just an educated guess

Is it the only one that actually says “beer” on it? The others are just logos?

Why in hell would the sale of a shirt for a beer brand, never mind a fictional beer brand beagle restricted? Some wacky laws out there.

So, the make believe one needs to be 21? Actually, this checks out for Walmart.

Pretty sure they can’t legislate that? 🤡
